Tai Chi Form – Sundays at 6:30 to 7:30. Cost $10-$18 per class, sliding scale.
This class involves learning a Yang style form. You will learn about a set of movements know as “Grasp the Sparrows Tail” along with principles of Taji and the four main energies of Tai chi i.e Peng, Lu, Ji, and An. We also discuss and practice the “structure” for Tai Chi in regards to health of the body and mind. With diligent practice you will walk away feeling more relaxed and healthier. We open and end the class with Qigong movements/forms.
